Development Analyst

Review fundraising programs to identify trends that affect income. Compare return on investment data to prioritize strategies and use of vendors. Recommend and report on direct response tests, analyze results and summarize key conclusions Prepare reports and assist in budget development.   Recommend strategy revision to maximize donor Income, satisfaction and loyalty. Bachelor's degree required. Three or more years experience In data/financial analysis. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment essential.
