Managing Director of Operations

Lead and supervise the operations management team, including finance, human resources, information technology and production/mailroom. Manage organization's physical facility and ancillary services. Prepare financial, production and performance reports. Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of 10 years hands-on experience as a senior executive in the nonprofit sector. Cultural sensitivity and appreciation for all ethnic & faith traditions.
