What makes Don a rarity is that after 22 years of continuous work in real estate transactions and probate matters, he still loves being a lawyer. Over the years, he has handled very complicated commercial, industrial and residential real estate transactions as well as complex cases involving wills, trusts and estates; he is also a title agent for Chicago Title, Ticor and First American.

Don would like to help any members of the Tango Community who needs advice on buying or selling a piece of real estate or questions involving probate matters. His rates for a typical residential closing are competitive ($350-400) and he will provide a free consultation in real estate matters for fellow Tango dancers. He brings a personal touch to all that he does, also providing advice and counsel in cases involving the loss of a friend or family member.
