At first, Javier tries hands on manipulation to see if pain can be decreased that way; if that treatment becomes ineffective, Javier then recommends certain exercises that can be done at home or at work. Javier's medical training took place in Argentina and he's been licensed in Illinois for 13 years as a physical therapist. He has also received training in manual therapy, accupuncture and accupressure.
