40 years experience in tax matters and 35 years as a lawyer makes Norman the right attorney for anyone needing advice regarding tax issues or organizational accounting problems. Norman's background includes taxation, wills & trust, not for profit solutions for organizations, book keeping and real estate.Since early in his career he was licenced as a CPA in Illinois and Florida and because he was employed by the IRS for 9 years, his inside understanding of how the system works has enabled him to successfully defend fraud and penalty cases on the defense side (for the average tax payer) for over 30 years.

Norman holds a J.D. with honors from John Marshall Law School and is a proud member of the John Marshall Law School Alumni board. He also belongs to the American Bar Association, the Government Bar Association, the U.S. Supreme Court and the Illinois Supreme Court.
